My Morning Essential Oil Routine

If you have a morning routine, you know that it can promote productivity and stability to your day. It gives your mind social ques to get going for the day! I love using my essential oils in my morning routine, that way they can benefit me all day long.

Using essential oils does not have to be difficult at all. Using my oils in the morning takes me about 2 minutes to do. It’s pretty simple! So lets jump right in!

  1. The first oil I like to use is my On Guard Touch roller. I roll it onto the bottoms of both feet to help promote my immune system as soon as I get up! This would be great for anyone to add to their morning with back to school so close!Processed with VSCO with  preset
  2. Then I like to add in my Peppermint Touch roller. I roll this clockwise around my bellybutton about 4-5 times to aid with healthy digestion and address any nausea before it starts. An added benefit, peppermint will promote energy! I don’t know about you, but I can always use a little extra energy in the mornings!Processed with VSCO with  preset
  3. Lastly, I use Balance. I dab about 3 or 4 drops on my one forearm, and rub it in with the other. Balance helps ground me for the day, and does amazing things for my POT Syndrome! A few weeks ago, I thought that I had left my bottle of Balance in a hotel room, and nearly had a panic attack. The ironic part is that Balance would have helped me to calm down about it! I did end up finding it and was able to breathe easy (but you better believe I ordered another bottle of it real quick to avoid that again)!Processed with VSCO with  preset

So, that’s my quick morning routine with essential oils! I like to keep things pretty simple and easy to do. When using essential oils, consistency matters! That’s why it would be amazing for you to add in one or two oils in your morning routine. After a month, you will really start to notice the benefits!

After I use my oils, I have a time of prayer and then dive into my Bible while I eat my breakfast. It puts me in the right mood and mindset for the rest of the day!
