I love self care! I always feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally when I take care of myself. You really can’t pour into others if your own cup is empty.

But all these self care ideas out there are definitely not all inclusive for people with chronic illness. Ideas like take a walk, workout, go for a hike, go to the mall, can be huge triggers for some chronic illnesses!

So, I decided to make a list for us! The people who may have limitations, but still want to live a full life!
